Very interesting Mr. Higgins. Thanks for this 4th interpretation. It could be that complexity and narrative could be what is keeping fees high. We did not think of a test to rule that out explanation. Perhaps we can amend the study in the future by examining this one (and coming up with a test to rule it out or rule it in).
