You failed to address the key reason small caps have underperformed materially over the last few years - relative earnings progression vs. mid-caps and large caps. In fact, I believe small caps have had declining earnings while the other two classifications have had growing earnings. I don't dispute your broader points, but without a shifting in relative earnings growth, I don't see a change in relative performance.
