It is insightful and encouraging, i am truly fortunate to be exposed to this incredible career advice at an early stage of my career - as i am still crafting my skills, i am a final year student studying finance at Botho university in Botswana.

I would love to share my experience regarding the PIE model. Yes, I want to believe I am a hard worker and I get the work done but at first I did not understand the value of personal image and exposure. As a result, lectures and other students in group works and internships couldn't recognize my good work and I had received neutral feedback despite the incredible job that I have done. This had me beating myself up, thinking that maybe I'm not the right fit and all that, but now I realize that image and exposure are the most significant qualities.
