Having worked in the “transit department” of a commercial bank, I thought “what the bleep?” when Powell first used the T-word. Look, the value of the dollar is going ‘south’ and we are supposed to be happy if our dollars are worth .98 after a year. Investments should be aimed at companies with products that will stand the test of time or have a record of “product development”. Spare me “derivatives” to beat interest rates which will stay low.
