The premise of this book is "What EVERY Investor Needs To Know About Asset Allocation" (my emphasis). I argue that the tome fails its objective. It is very technical and dry (a detailed discussion on Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedascity anyone?). Everyday investors will find it impossible to apply its lessons, if anything because they do not have access to the resources, tools and friendly colleagues that Page has.
