However, if you develop and nurture relationships during good times, you already have a well-established network of friends and well wishes. Strong relationships take time to mature to be rewarding. You have to be deeply committed to nurturing and growing networks/friendships by giving your time, energy, and resources consistently much more during good times to seek & receive favor when you need during transitions.
