how can we call it debt if that one is nor required to repay?, I mean if someone got monet that he/she/it is required to repay is not a debt it is a gift, or any thing else but not a loan, and in this case it be gains that if added to equity would be equity and if expesed will be expeses depending on the atitude of the entity that will reach that free money
