It is a good narrative. However, I believe IWA, even though being a great tool in appraising the economics of any investment , it is still a very subjective concept as all potential risks cannot be shown in numbers nor many qualitative risks be estimated with precision. Moreover, the dynamics of random variables in any investment play havoc and cast brutal blows sometimes.
