I'm with Robert. I hope to see a more nuanced follow-up post discussing what seem to be the obvious dangers of such plans. This post seems to just say "employees like it so it must be good" whereas my instinct is that this is a terrible financial behavior that we shouldn't be advocating or facilitating.
