To accelerate the greening of the economy, investments in green technologies and infrastructure projects should be incentivised. From that perspective I take the view that ESG investing would benefit from government support, eg in the form of tax incentives.
Also to avoid greenwashing, it would help defining what green means.
Leaving it to the market is not sufficient.
