You beat me to it too! When I looked over the numbers and it was a Republican Congress with a Democratic President they had the most growth. But when it was a Democratic Congress with a Republican President they had a decline. It was even a decline when it was a Democratic Congress with a Democratic President. Once the Republican Congress took over we had growth again even mid term Democratic President. But on the other hand it was growth with both a Republican President and Republican Congress as long as you throw out 2020 (which is a complete mess anyway, thanks COVID!).
