Kraft-Heinz’s return to reality is admirable, and their reward will probably a backyard boom in brand-name ketchup and mayonnaise (pickles!) while we figure out life during and after Covid-19. Yes, phony goodwill is everywhere and addressing it can only improve the understanding of “intangibles” for all concerned.
