This article is spot on. When the winds of change hit many advisors/wealth managers, it'll be too late. Especially those who refuse to adapt. I am working hard to influence organizational change that encourages more personal touches with clients. I believe it's necessary so that we know their deepest concerns (those they share with those they trust most), spending more time with clients in places they're most comfortable helps them open up.
