My sense is that there are quite a lot of asset managers who have not defined their corporate culture. I often struggle finding asset managers with a distinct corporate culture. Assuming there is a relationship with firm performance, this is perhaps one of the most "underexplored" topics in asset management. And if you have a distinct culture, this is perhaps an item where you can show you are different compared to your competitors?
