It was almost a chilling experience to go through the article. It is very important to have a group of sane people, as is envisaged in Markey-Lieu legislation, commanding the final say over nuclear weapons. The Russian submarine mishaps caused due Cuban missile crisis, for example, would have changed the history of the world if the second person had not acted prudently in the nick of the time. The best solution for this impending danger of nuclear bomb is to collectively destroy all nuclear weapons anywhere in the world. There should be a collective movement from all investors, citizens, across geographies.
