I first read about Bill George in a book titled "Lasting Leadership" from where I was directed to the book Authentic Leadership by Bill George and subsequently other books by Bill George.

I strongly recommend all books authored or co-authored by Bill George to any executive and entrepreneur who wishes to climb the ladder of success.
His books are good reads and awesomely awesome
