Before I comment further, can you please point me to a detailed plan that spells out the specifics of what Vollgeld will mean. I've seen the broad strokes listed on the Vollgeld site you mention in your comment and of course the references to the IMF paper "Chicago Plan Revisited" (which I have read), but I have yet to see anything more specific. If your approach departs from the Chicago Plan, that's fine, but what exactly will it do? I would love some greater insight on the matter. Thank you.
