I have always enjoyed your "weekend collection" - you have an eye for both the unusual and also something worth spending time on.
This one was no different.
The work place is unfortunately littered with mines waiting to blow up ways of increasing efficiency.
Staying competitive and relevant is a task that requires agility balanced with nimble feet.
It is possible but requires patience with people set in their ways and with trying to change the course of an ocean liner with two hands.
Not impossible but unfortunately a task that most of us are not willing to take on.
Which is why I am a very big fan of activist investors like Pershing Square.
Particularly in old boys club land in Toronto.
