It's easy to claim that the Financial Advisory business isn't a sales job. Jeez...

In practice you see it everywhere, a very intense pressure on hitting sales quotas, volume targets or whatever you name it. For new "advisors", if they can't hit their quota in their time period, they get "right-sized".

A load of bull in my view.
