Thanks for visiting the blog. If I understand you correctly, you are cynical about green bonds and the rationale used by MDBs for developing this market. You are probably not alone in having such views. At the same time, there are those who are bullish about the different green bonds can make. I think the debate on green bonds is not settled yet. Its a new market, I'm willing to withhold judgement and wait for the body of evidence to accumulate.
