With all due respect, it is very difficult for me to agree on "beware of visionaries". Sure, everyone has different investing objectives, some emphasize on yearly or quarterly earnings, while others focus on sustainable return on capital. But if putting money with visionary CEOs is a bad idea, please remove Larry Page, Jeff Bezos and, of course, Warren Buffett from your shortlist.

People may suggest that Jeff Bezos is a perfect example of "beware of visionaries". Well, it depends on how you look at it.
