I have to agree with Mr. Cook that Africa with it's fast growing economy is a great place for investments now. As I am working in investing I have heard a lot about how productive is to put the money in development and infrastructure in the African region. For instance, Asian investment foundation Hermes-Sojitz invests 3 billion dollars until 2017 in building a 65-floors skyscraper and huge shopping malls in the West African region near Dakar.
