Millennials are not just concerned about investing in equity markets, they're concerned about the entire structure of the financial system. I have a more optimistic view than most of my fellow Millennials, but the general view I hear from people around my age is that they don't trust the financial system in general and would prefer to invest in real assets like property or gold.
