I've just spent 7 years researching male/female brain differences in order to coach men and women optimally. I used it as background for my Master's thesis in Management Coaching. I wanted to make a distinction between gender behaviors (cultural) and actual sex differences (neurobiological). When you look at our brains you see that we are either incompatible or complementary. How we collaborate makes the difference.
