Thanks for weighing in with your experiences. Yes, I think this is a massive gap in the understanding of businesses. As you know, the words of executives carry huge weight in building of valuation models. Yet, can you trust them to be candid and honest? Hard to say.

I think you will enjoy Ms. Rittenhouse's book, I found it innovative and charting new territory.
