Calm down Mr. Alex. The point is not to analyse how Enron defrauded, but to understand the degree of skepticism and research that is required of investors. Unfortunately, the incentive system for immoral behavior continues to exist and it's the financial community's (or individuals in the community) responsibility to remain independent in thinking and be honest.
