Why not try it? Forgiving its' own debt would be immoral but then, that is the Fed's M.O.
I have been anguishing about our national debt since deciding in 2015 that there is no solution other than default by the Fed. Forgiveness is appropeiately sneaky and effective.
Also, I have just forgiven myself for not losing the 20 pounds I have wrapped around my waist. I feel better already. Thanks
