Hey, just wanted to say thanks for making this list - it is a good compilation and avoids a lot of the more...shall I say...trashy, films/movies that people might tend to think of. I am actually very glad The Wolf of Wallstreet isn't on it...even DealBook thought it was a piece of trash with little to no "Wallstreet".

As your intro suggests, finance has a real PR problem. I think this is in large part because Hollywood consistently highlights a lot of the sexism/racism in finance as a glorified attribute [see: the constant female nudity in a movie about money, white men making racist jokes or condescending other nationalities needlessly]. Sure, finance can be a sexist and racist place to work, but that is true of anywhere. If movies didn't glorify those traits constantly in finance, perhaps the public would have a better idea of what working in the industry is like. Sure, there are some HBS frat boys who hit the strip clubs every night..but a lot/most people in the industry are intelligent and hard working people of all color. Of course that isn't "HBO" enough for Hollywood, so we don't hear their stories as much. Really a shame. As a former MBB consultant, I can't begin to describe my anger at the one episode of "House of Lies" I forced myself to watch. I needed a shower afterwards.

Back to my main point before I ramble too much: this list is a really nice place to get good documentaries/movies without having to watch pornography or violence every 5 minutes. THANKS!
