Thanks for this article as it provides immensely needed insight and this article is an attempt to break the code of OPEC dominance and calls for pooling of various parties to unitedly attempt the feat of making oil and oil prices non strategic or 'salt' so to say. It is really an issue worth seriously pondering over and if taken seriously by the government and concerned institutions and citizens I would prove to be a game changer!
