Jae, appreciate the feedback. I think using price targets is definitely more relevant and worthwhile if you utilize a long term and value centric investment strategy such as yourself. I am sure your clients have full confidence in you (as I would) over the long term, and if you have this luxury then you can afford to "wait" for the market to figure it out and come to their senses on a stock like Samsung.
