On the Argentina appeals to the United States Courts on 28th November, 2012 that was granted to halt the ruling issued by Judge Griesa, would give the Argentina Government more time to work the issues stemming from the creditors who opted out of the debt swaps and those creditors who did not enter into the debt swaps more time to restructure their debt . Therefore, by so doing would allow them not to default on their debt by due date, February 27th, 2013.And this would be a good opportunity for them to be able to gain more accessibilty for more funding from foreign investors as well as domestic ones for the future.
