Ms. Katie, just want to let you know it almost cost my life after the retaliation. It ruined my physical, psychological, financial and family aspects of my life.
If you have watched the “Stanford Prison Experiment”, employer/management officials act like the prison guards. They abused the power given to them and they became evil because they were allowed to.
Whistleblowing should be avoided at all cost, even if its the right thing to do. There is no real support for you, no lawyers will help you unless it involved some big money they can collect for attorney’s fees, your friends and other co-workers wont even look at you in the eye because they are scared they will be retaliated too. Always remember, the company will ALWAYS try to favor whats good for their morale, they have to do all the cover-ups to avoid public himiliation and possible loss of business. So yes, they will remove the “sore “ in their eye (and that sore is you the whistleblower).
