I know this is really just a reiteration of what has been previously stated, but I wanted to highlight some points. In order to be a true team player for any corporation is to take action in the correct ethical thing. Above stated, "Whistle-blowing, is not an act of disloyalty, but the ultimate manifestation of employee loyalty to the organization." By doing the right thing, encourages others to do the right thing, and that in turn will bring more awareness to the rights that a Whistle blower is entitled to.
I believe that to achieve the most happiness and joy - in almost any scenario of life- one must deal with the hard consequences of the present. This is true, in physical health. The difficult present is taking time to go to the gym and pushing oneself to exertion, but the results are being in good health, and that will carry with one for a lifetime. This is also true in the workplace. To get the best business, a true team player is to report unethical dilemmas in the workplace. By doing this, it would cause hardships at first, but ultimately result into a better business.
