As I was reading the article, I constantly ask myself this question, “Lots of great ideas, but where does our unconscious emotions come from?”. You may already thought about this but decided to leave out. Since this area wasn’t in the article, I like to offer my 2 cents.

I believe our unconscious emotions are from our pass memories. We tend to ignore them because the recollections are repetitive activities and may not directly affect our daily livelihood. When certain incident occurred, some might search back their life history for past solution, while others simply relax and focus on their past enjoyable moments.

To “enrich our thinking”, sometimes the best solution is the actions that we have been taking in our daily lives and not something that is complex or rigid.
