Having just returned from a visit to Argentina and Chile, I found this to be an excellent summary of how the country found itself in such dire straits. What surprised me most about city centre Buenos Aires was the absence of visible evidence of income inequality and poverty created by inflation at 100%. Somehow the Argentinians have adapted or most citizens has access to the "dolar blu" so live in a parallel financial universe.\
A similar analysis of Chile and its economy would be of interest as the ETF provides direct exposure if the economy merits investment.
