Thank you for the comment. Unfortunately, I agree with you that a soft landing is extraordinarily unlikely. But, in the end, the alternative is to invite 1979s style stagflation, which is far worse. There are also dangers in cross border capital flows, however, which are already building. This will be the topic of my next article.
