Tanseli Savaser, PhD, is an assistant professor of finance at Bentley University. Her fields of specialization are financial economics, corporate finance, and international finance. Her research examines corporate governance issues, with a focus on the relationship between managerial incentives and risk-taking. She is also interested in analyzing the impact of the information environment and trading conditions on investor behavior in financial markets. Her work has been published in leading journals, including Review of Finance, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, and AEJ: Economic Policy.
