Brooks, PhD, CFA, is Professor Emeritus of Finance at the University of Alabama and the President of Financial Risk Management, LLC, a consulting firm engaged in a variety of finance-related assignments. Brooks is a widely published author whose current focus is the philosophical foundations of finance. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Alabama.
