Paul Zemsky, CFA, is an executive coach at Focus Consulting Group, where he works with senior leaders at asset managers, endowments, and private markets firms. His coaching focuses on leadership development, investment teams, organizational effectiveness, and the use of large language models in executive coaching.

Zemsky has more than 38 years of investment and leadership experience. He was chief investment officer at Voya Investment Management and founded its Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions team. He has also held leadership and board roles with Voya Investment Management, Pomona Capital, and JPMorgan. He chairs the board of Futures and Options, a nonprofit that provides career development opportunities to underserved youth in New York City.

He holds a BS in electrical engineering and a BS in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
