Natascha Hey is a postdoctoral researcher and adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, where she teaches optimization theory. Her research focuses on market microstructure, optimal execution, and trading mechanism design across traditional and decentralized financial markets. She completed her PhD at École Polytechnique in collaboration with Capital Fund Management in Paris. Her work has appeared in Risk and Operations Research and has been recognized with academic and industry awards.
