Michael (Mike) Edwards is deputy chief investment officer and chief administrative officer at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers LLC. Edwards joined the Firm in 2019. Previously, he was the Head of US business for Arrowgrass Capital Partners, as well as a member of the executive committee and global head of event-driven strategies. Prior to that, Edwards was in the special situations group at D. E. Shaw & Co. and an M&A banker in Credit Suisse's technology group. He is a graduate of Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School, summa cum laude.
