Chris Montaño, CFA, is an investment and technology professional. Most recently he was a product strategist at a custom software consultancy, and before that a director of product management in an online equity analysis start-up. Prior investment roles include practice leader for Internet infrastructure investments in a $335M technology venture capital fund, and sell-side equity research in Internet and telecom infrastructure, applied technology, and MEMs and genomics. Montaño earned a master's degree in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MBA from Arizona State University, and a BS in electrical and computer engineering from the University of New Mexico.
