Antonia Lim, CFA is a distinguished global cross-asset investment leader with over 20 years of experience, transforming investments and businesses, and incorporating quantitative methods and technology. As Global Head of Quantitative Research at Barclays, Antonia oversaw the strategic end-to-end investment process for $180bn, leading cross-asset research, implementation, risk management, governance, and communication. She built a multi-disciplinary team that expanded Barclays’ services to mass affluent clients and DC pensions, earning Wealth Briefing’s “Outstanding Contribution to Wealth Management Thought Leadership” award.

At Schroders, as Head of Quantamental Investments, Antonia created the equity solutions business, serving a diverse institutional clientele with efficient, customized fundamental and thematic segregated mandates. She spearheaded a 100-person program to enhance sustainability measurement and ESG integration.

Antonia’s expertise spans asset allocation, investment design, and forging effective collaborations across quant, fundamental, macro-economic, behavioural finance, and sustainability domains. Her pioneering approaches earned her recognition as one of Business Insider’s “Top 100 People Transforming Business”.

Antonia holds a Master’s in Physics from the University of Oxford and is a recognized thought leader in the investment community. She frequently speaks at international conferences and contributes to leading publications on purposeful, quantitative and multidisciplinary investment.
