The CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct are the gold standard for ethical conduct, helping us to lead the investment profession globally for the ultimate benefit of society. CFA Societies
CFA Society of the UK has developed a series of case studies for investment professionals focusing on ethical conduct in the area of sustainable investment, which tackle issues encountered in various job roles. They analyzed these cases through the lens of the provisions of the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct (Code and Standards) for their members, but this is not official CFA Institute guidance.
